We arrived earlier than anticipated, so we asked to check in early. We were told our room was being cleaned, and it would be 5-10 min. 30 minutes passed and then we were told it would be a $30 charge to check in early. They could've mentioned that upfront. We waited til the regular check in time and there is no way that our room was cleaned, which is incredibly frustrating because that's supposedly why we couldn't check in early!! Room was disgusting, there were items from the previous guests left behind, and holes in the pillows that were conveniently flipped over when we arrived.
