Not very clean. Very noisy late into the night. You get what you pay for. Front desk folks were pleasant. I cancelled my stay that was scheduled for my trip back and found another place.

My stay at Red Roof Inn at Medford, OR
We stayed in three room totaled. The first room was very clean and comfortable. The only problem was the refrigerator was set to high, so everything froze! There was no way to lower the temp. The second room did have issues. There were ants all over the room. The toilet leaked, and when informing the front desk, the woman was extremely rude to my son. The third room was clean, everything worked. The air conditioner makes a very peculiar sound at times, but i just ignored it. The staff for the most part, were very friendly to me.

Hawthorn the agent at check in was fabulous. Overall, room was clean. The blinds were broken and the light was only kept out from sheets of white paper. Cheap solution forsure, and should be repaired. I scheduled a pickup from the airport but no one showed. However, they allowed me to ask a taxi to bring me to the hotel and paid for it. I do like this hotel and have stayed several times. For the price, it’s very good and that Hawthorne at the front desk is so customer service oriented, he can turn any frown in to a smile!
