Vi os comentários de um cara que teve péssimas experiências, achei digno de um filme de ficção até eu mesmo ter a minha. Pra começar, ao chegar a atendente não conseguiu localizar minha reserva.. fomos encaminhados a um quarto de mesmo padrão da reserva para aguardar. Ficamos aguardando por quase 1h para nos informarem que não era aquele quarto com hidro.. apesar de nas fotos do apartamento constarem a hidro. Não questionei, falei que pagaria a diferença e ficaria no quarto. Ao invés de encerrar o assunto, a atendente me falou que precisaria confirmar com sua gerente se eu poderia fazer isso.. tivemos de esperar por mais uns 30 min. Ao nos informar que estava autorizado, ao invés de nos deixar em paz, falaram que enviariam a maquininha para nos cobrar… mais 30 min de espera.. Quando finalmente estávamos c nossa reserva garantida, a surpresa… não tinha água quente… Nem a noite, nem no dia seguinte pela manhã. O café da manhã poderia ser melhor.

Foi super tranquilo, bem atendidos, só teve um barulho que incomodou, acredito que seja do sistema do portão elétrico, fora isso, o quarto estava limpo, organizado e a comida estava boa também. obrigada

Quando cheguei no local, estava faltando luz. A funcionária que me atendeu disse que ao retornar a energia, iria cobrar a diária. Tive de sair para jantar, a luz voltou e nenhum funcionário veio cobrar. No dia do fechamento das diárias, a responsável cobrou um valor a mais porque a funcionária deveria ter cobrado na entrada e não o fez. Não consegui dormir direito pois as funcionárias da noite conversam direto nos corredores e nas garagens. Não limparam o quarto quando saí domingo pela manhã. Percebi isso ao retornar a tarde.
