Terrible hotel . It no way near 5 star though they claim so. Old run down dirty property. Pay a little more and you get great options in Agra. Regret. Got carried away by the Taj view claim . Only restaurant has a distant Taj view on a clear day.

Poor service quality. Not a 5-star hotel.
Extremely poor service quality at the breakfast. Ordered some food, waited for 15 mins and then the waiter asked me to go and get it myself. Waited for 15 more mins at live counter with no success. The credit card machine wasn't working at the check-out and the check-out process took 20 mins. Didn't get the room that I expected. Overall, it's a pathetic stay, wouldn't recommend if someone's looking for 5 star hotel.
