NOHO is no place to stay! No blankets in the room
After checking in, I went to my room and found that there were no blankets on the bed. Went to the desk and asked for blankets. They said they had none and would not offer a refund. I left the facility did not stay and called Hotels.com to file a complaint about the facility, and it is taken almost 2 months no more than two months to get any compensation. Hotels.com still charged me for the service of making the booking through them. After four phone calls, I was able to get a credit for most of what I paid for the hotel.

Their was no mini fridge or iron. The floors was dirty. The room had a strong smell of cigarette. Their were damaged to the wall and they were dirty as well. The area were the hotel made us feel unsafe. A lot of sketchy people walking around.

Very bad No Money back hotel!!
Very bad stay, condition no good,witness 5 guests argue with front desk for money back after checking in for only 30mins, due to not clean, bugs, and safety. And you will not get any refunds does not matter if what reason. Safety is not there, had to always look out of what’s going to happen at night. We had to leave like the other guest, I had already booked for 2 night online, I did not care to go back due to my safety concern for me and my family. We left and never looked bad. Lots of traffic going in and out of one particular room. Don’t know what going on there.

Underwhelming
You could hear street traffic through windows being closed as if they were open. Rooms were recently remodeled and quality of work was god awful. They did not seal a glass wall with silicone so my bathroom flooded. Cigarette burns on the hardwood floor and room smelled like a cigar bar. Worst thing was my door would make an unlocking sound every 45 seconds as if someone scanned their card and was about to come in. You definitely get less than what you paid for here.
