Dirty floor
This Quinta hotel was under remodel. Overall was a good hotel, had an issue that they did mopped the floor in my room. Found a big sticky spot and after calling front desk twice I had to clean it myself with water and a towel.

Great service, but not very clean.
When we got there, we noticed that the room we were given didn’t have a couch in it. Since there were 5 of us, I purposely booked the deluxe suite with two queen beds and a couch. They were very accommodating and actually brought a couch to our room. I would give them 10 stars based on service alone. The cleanliness of the hotel was a different story. It is in dire need of new carpeting throughout the hallways and rooms. They are undergoing renovations, so hopefully this will be part of the update. All in all, the rooms were okay at best, but the service was great.

Very loud music playing all night.
Check in was fine. The room was big. I appreciated having a refrigerator in the room. The beds are kind of hard. The bathroom looks like it needs a deep cleaning. There was extremely loud music playing outside until around 3:00 in the morning. It sounded like there was a club on the premises. It was hard to sleep with that level of noise. We only needed a place to stay for one night, so it’s not the end of the world. But not ideal if you have to stay for an extended time.
