Very disappointed
Was horrible from the time we went in. Had two nights of which one through Expedia and the other through hotel itself. Went to pay and the guy at counter did not show my 2 Npd night so he canceled my first one and charged me for two all together. Asked him several times if he was sure as I gave him confirmation # but couldn’t find it to see if I was not going to get charged again. So I got charged for three nights when I paid was there for two. Breakfast was not all done in the am and server was miserable and when we went back the next day for it they had very little food out and took what they had when we sat down to eat. Didn’t even give us a chance to grab everything we needed and took things out back, never again!!

Disappointing stay
The bed, to start, was horrible. It bowed visibly. I woke consistently, in pain, every few hours trying to find a comfortable position. The door needed to be slammed, and pulled open. One of the elevators dinged consistently and gave a warning code on the screen while the other one would not let you get in the door. It's slammed the door shut on you and would not reopen like the safety feature should let it. It nearly took off my arm. The staff itself was very nice and accommodating but could not make up for the condition of the hotel itself and they never once offered a refund or discount for any of the issues we experienced
