Poor 2.0
Beware: Thieves. I initially left a positive note after leaving this hotel, while still at the airport. This has been a while now and I thought I would need to update what I initially wrote. I stayed at the hotel for some time, and left to come back a week later for one night or so. After leaving the hotel, I was more than happy. Until I realised my watch was gone. We remembered that the watch was in the bathroom of the hotel room, as the last place we saw it. I contacted the hotel and insisted this watch was there, and that I am not worried about who and why, but to simply investigate to have the person who stole it to give it back, and that I would be meeting the higher end of the Indian Government very soon, due to the nature of my work, and I wouldn't fail to mention my experience to them. The response + story with it was absolute madness. That the watch was found and put in a safe. However despite coming back to the hotel less than a week later, and seeing I would come back, and having a phone number, and email address, they didn't seem to find it normal to let me know. Well, I paid for the watch to come back, after several emails and reminders. However, after a couple of weeks following that story, I realised that my Electrical Shaver which was in the bathroom was also gone. It was a cheap one, but terrible experience. I don't want to deal with this hotel again and I am not planning to go there anymore. So let it be, but careful all when going there.

My stay here was semi-disappointingly ok. I had been traveling in India for a month and staying at mid-range accommodation. I decided to have a treat for the end of my stay. Im not sure this was it. The pros- *Amazing spa! I had a wonderful massage, body scrub and pedicure. They therapists were awesome, professional, and caring. The desk staff were really kind and caring *The gym had great equipment, super modern, clean and cool *Great breakfast *awesome transfer to the airport-It was really close by and the driver was super professional and caring *AJAY the concierge was a shinning light of my experience. He was by far more kind and caring than any of the front desk staff. When things went wrong for me at the hotel, was so apologetic and caring. He should be in a management role because he was the only one at the hotel who treated me how I would expect to be treated at a 5* hotel. *Late check out Cons- *Rude indifferent unwelcoming front desk staff *Dirty carpets....like really dirty! *Power in my room only (not hotel) went out 3 times and they had to call the electrician to fix it. Instead of apologizing and changing my room due to the recurring issue, they simply said "we will let the manger know." Each time fixing included bringing in a ladder to climb into the ceiling and open a dirty dusty hatch causing my allergies to fire up. It was pretty sad. :-(

Hopeless
We have been to this hotel twice and our experience was not good. We booked our rooms 2 months before and did it under one Booking but they gave rooms on 2 different floors. Upon request they said they are fully booked. Then my husband said to cancel one room , refund our money and give us extra single bed in our room. Then the hotel manager Piyush changed the room on same floor as ours and said the room just got vacated and blamed hotels.com forproviding details as 2 separate bookings whereas i handed the receipt in which it clearly shows one Booking reference. We were so exhausted by the behaviour of the check-in staff. The staff just make up stories and blame others. staff shortage in the breakfast area. Not recommended and i am not going there again after my 2 experiences.

Great food near the airport
The room key didn't work (arriving late with an early morning departure and needing to eat, having to return to the front desk was frustrating). But then we had an outstanding meal at the Thai restaurant. Unfortunately, back in the room we discovered the main room light switch was out of order (could not turn theblights off.) Rather than try to change rooms, we removed the card key so we could sleep without the lights on. When we were checking out at 4:30 am, we discovered that somehow, the person who reserved car service for me and suggested upgrading my room so that the transportation cost would be included (and less than if I didn't uograde), neglected to make that upgrade. So I had to pay the transport costs I was led to believe were included. All in all, a nice hotel and pleasant staff, overshadowed by too many inconveniences.
