Nice hotel Awful Services
The hotel is very well located. The rooms are big however the services offered are HORRIBLE. At check in we have been asked to pick time slots for having breakfast for the next 4 days. There were only two time slots available, early in the morning or from 11:00 am. We have chosen the 11 am time slot, however, the next morning when we went to breakfast, the breakfast room was dirty, the tables were not clean and there were only some leftovers available. One of the ladies told us she could bring us some more yogurts and maybe some cold food but nothing that needs to be coocked. One our third day I took my 6 year old daughter with me just to pick up the food from the breakfast room so we can eat it in our roomand even though I am vaccinated and we were both wearing masks one of the hotel's employees came and started yelling that we are not allowed to enter as she doesn't have a COVID test. She was extremely rude!!! The parking is very small as they are using a public parking and only have a few places. We have taken the car out in one of the days and when we came back there were no more places available. We have been pointed by the reception to park in a nearby public parking that costs 36 EUR/day. We got a call from the reception on Sunday at around 7 am waking us up just to tell us that they have a problem and when I asked what the problem was they hang up.
