The people at the front desk were very kind. The room was dirty. There were a dirty washcloth balled up on the sink and one hanging over the shower head. There was no bedspread, and the blanket was dirty. There was trash under the edge of the desk, and the wall had mud on it. In the morning, it was fifteen minutes before check-out time, and a cleaning person banged on the door. I opened it and she said, "Are you going to check out today, or what?" I told her that we were just getting ready to load the car.

ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES... There were roaches at the property. I spoke with this manager and he assured me that the single roach I saw was a random occurrence and that the property was treated every 2 weeks and that it must have been a coincidence that there was a roach in the room. We did not see any more until a few days later on our last night. I again brought this to his attention as we checked out. He acted concerned, however I have a gut feeling that he is not going to do anything about it. It smelled in the room, linen had stains, and the shower curtain was dirty. Please be advised to stay away!!!

I stay twice a year. This was below average. I love my breakfast and they have gone down with the service. No eggs or sausage, just mini waffles, muffins and cereal. Oj and great juice and the second morning the Oj ran out 20 minutes after 6. Pour planning. I think this was my last stay. Not a good breakfast is a deal breaker for me.

More pros than cons
It was ok, besides the 3 small black critters that i didn't expect to see in my room. I was there for 5 days and hoped to not see that, but fortunately it only came down to 3 total that I spotted in 5 days and the place was not infested with bugs in my room. Not happy about the 3, but apparently the hotel next to me was infested. So, I think i saw the "spill over" in my room. With every hotel nearby betimg completely book, i stayed and it turned out ok. Besides that, the place was affordable and they stayd on top of the daily clean up.
