Front Desk Failure
We flew into KC for the basketball tournament. We arrived at the hotel. Our rate was over $400/night yet there was no accommodation to check in before 4pm. We were do to meet friends in downtown KC so we had to come back and check in after 11pm. The front desk made no effort. Disappointing and I will not go back there and I am disappointed in the rating through Hotels.com
