Close to city, beaches aren't far, Mt Dandy a short drive. Lovely little parks and very close to Jells Park which has a nice cafe and farmers market. Easy access to Eastlink at High Street Road. Quick drive to Knox City, Eastland or The Glen. Pretty drive to Sassafrass and Olinda for brunch & not far to the 1000 Steps. Great fresh food grocers on High Street Road (look for the big watermelon). Only downside is limited public transport & could do with a few more atmospheric cafes. Big Bean at Wantirna Mall's quite good & The Keystone Restaurant on the new Harcrest estate is a nice place for dinner if you didn't want to head into the inner city suburbs or up to Knox Ozone.Getting Around:Best to have a car but there are plenty of busses on the main roads, including the 901 bus right outside our home on Boronia Rd/Stud Rd. which can take you to the nearby Ringwood Station.Other Things to Note:Please note the cooler is evaporative, it will take 5 minutes to start.House Rules:• No smoking• No pets• No parties or events• Check-in is 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
