Not a great choice to stay with family
Stayed during the memorial day weekend. Made the reservation due to location. Though room and cleanliness is good and security looked nice, we felt that this is not for families. Typical downtown noises prevented us from having a sound sleep.

Hidden lil GEM
Great and quick check in good customer service ..once you get I. Your room you’re in another world . But outside now it’s a different story. Homeless. Unsavory characters parking was a mess for me I’m disabled in a wheelchair and the parking is across the street. Up a hill and broken elevator. There is no in and out so you have to pay to park each time . Thank GOD I had someone to help me. Places to eat near by.

Great Hotel!
We loved The Haas! Great location. Close to Dodger Stadium, and easy ride to surrounding attractions (ex: Hollywood Blvd, Runyon Canyon) Clean hotel, very spacious rooms. A lot of things to do and see around the hotel, all within walking distance! We would absolutely stay again!

Good
Loved the feel and decor of the place, but the couch was not a queen bed as described, it was a twin-size. The pillows were uncomfortable, barely had any filling. They’re not very many toiletries provided. Service was not so great. We encountered different people and the first one was a younger lady who was quite unprofessional who brought her friends in and out of the hotel while wandering around the streets.. granted she may have been off the clock because there was another front desk lady but she was hanging out at the hotel. There was no service phone in the room. And when I asked for more pillows and blankets, I was given two jumbled up blankets picked up at the front desk, no pillows. It was a good experience, would’ve been better with better service.
