No phone in the guest rooms, poor and VERY late room cleaning (think 5pm) , and poor ventilation.

First Kong Frederik Copenhagen
The location is excellent as it is in the Latin District where everything is accessible. This feature is important to me because we use only the room to sleep and shower. However, the hotel is dated. The furnitures are old and worn. Be careful using the bathtub as it is tall. They don’t provide bath mat nor handles to hold on to when climbing in and out of tub. Breakfast was average.

Perfect Spot in the Heart of Copenhagen
Excellent service, and very kind staff! The hotel does not have air conditioning, like most of Copenhagen, but did provide a fan because it was unseasonably warm. The location was perfect- we walked to everything and saw castles, palaces, harbors, museums and more without ever needing an transit besides our feet. We will absolutely stay here again!
