Worth money !
It is budget friendly : the metro is just right beneath the hotel : the bus station is right at front. Mac is these left side down and a good shopping mall is right , location is amazing with few more hotels and safe place , the room and service was also quite good and the restaurant is also there in the hotel so all in one pacakge it is. But the night shift person phillips is a very rude person , i did not get a chance to meet the manager otherwise definetly would have complained him , but just because of the single person i shoukd not think that the hotel deserve a less star.

Average experience at best!
Good: Staff allowed luggage to be kept in their storage while we are away. Bad: Staff takes time to service once request especially if you don't know french. Rooms are quiet small and hard to walk around if you are going with family. Good for 1 or 2 people. Worst: There is no temperature control in the room. Poor ventilation (only in bathroom). So room stays hot. Upon enquiry with staff they said they keep temperature high to accommodate for the elderly. So if you are younger than 65.. you are out of luck w.r.t. to living in comfort.

One of our comforters had what looked like a blood stain on it and for the first night, the housekeeper didn't change it after we told the front desk and refused to change it our whole stay. She even rolled it up and put it in the closet. One of the overnight front desk clerks was especially rude also, but we only saw him our first night when we checked in. Other than those issues, we had a great time in Paris and the location can't be beat. I work in the hotel industry so I do understand how things can get lost in translation and the like. I'd honestly stay here again.
