We were in town for a wedding. Our room was nice and clean. Breakfast was decent and the staff were cordial. Our room was warmer then we’d like even at the coolest temperature setting, it never got close to 23 degrees Celsius. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Very nice hotel near old-town Siena
Very upscale hotel. Comfortable and roomy. Showers were very large and nice, especially in Europe! Cost-effective as well, probably because it is “off-season.” Front desk staff spoke English very well, and were extremely nice and helpful. I would skip the breakfast, though, and get something from a coffee bar.

Don't plan to have dinner here!
Front desk was good at check in. The room clean and comfortable. We had a dinner reservation (due to Covid) and showed up at the set time only to wait for 30 minutes because they couldn't find a reservation. The waitress was going to get us a table and sat us in the bar with NO bartender only for her to forget about us. We went to the front desk and the night shift lady just shrugged her shoulders and told us there was food at other places down the road.
