Hotel Windsor Suites Bangkok, Bangkok

This is the second time staying at this hotel. I wished I found this hotel earlier. I enjoyed staying her. It's located at the best location in the city. Large room, good view, and friendly staff. The room was clean but bathroom smelled real bad when I checked in. I talked to the front desk the next morning and the issue was corrected quickly. The hotel is a little old but for the price it's still a good deal for the view and the size of the room. The breakfast was ok. Not bad, not good, so so. But for the price you can't really complain. I highly recommend this hotel. I will stay again.

We have been staying here for years. For a reasonable price, we get an actual one bedroom suite, meaning a door between the bedroom and sitting room. The location is very good. Awoke BTS is about 500 meters. The Emporium is slightly farther. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. The pool is nice. The furniture is dated but the beds are always excellent. I have been coming here for years and will continue to come back.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Windsor. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was a little lacking on Western Standards. Staff didn't seem to understand our needs. I tried to get a knife to eat my breakfast with but they did not seem to understand and their wasn't a very good choice for westerners. Room was beautiful, very large, clean with all the facilities you need. Location was good with train line close and shopping centre close.

Very good 4 star hotel experience.Breakfast buffet very good selection and quality.Pool and gym,including Spa(Steam Rm and Sauna)are very good condition.Rooms are nice size and very clean.Big seller is the location.Everything you need is within walking distance.Terminal 21 super Mall is just 10 min walk.Over all great value for a little more the budget money.Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it is slightly on the older side,but not a deal breaker at all!

Not good; a terrible room with poor plumbing and poorly cleaned. A very small TV partially blocked by the furniture. The safe jammed closed and had to contact security to reopen it.
