All was good apart from F&B which took well over an hour to deliver a light lunch, strange as we were almost the only people eating. Great safe location. Not close to city but easy and cheap Uber to city. Fantastic hotel and what is expected of four seasons. My only complaint was lack of service one morning for breakfast where I had to get up and seek someone out to obtain service. I hope it’s an aberration.

Friendly staff in the breakfast and dining. Only one dining option. We booked a garden view room, while the assigned room had no view and was very far and up and down of several stairs, we went back to the reception and requested a better room, The next room offered had an excellent view and location. The hotel manager was very helpful in managing our extended stay and provided very useful information places to visit in Johannesburg.
