Disappointing Stay
Disappointing stay- the room was clean but there was no top sheet on the bed and on duty manager never answered when we called about it. The quality of the room service was disgusting. When we complained, reception told us ‘sorry’ but that was it. Won’t be staying here again.

They don’t go the extra mile here
You would think that a hotel that charges like this one would provide hair conditioner and moisturiser in the rooms. Nope. Everything geared towards them cutting costs as severely as possible.

6/10 Good

Improvement possible
Both myself and our company have been loyal guests of PR Parramatta for some months now and in my last stay they did disappoint me. I had Room 1004 and I did not get back there until 10:30am having been up for nearly 24 hours travelling from NZ and working in Silverwater that day. The room had a noise of water running that would not stop and it forced me to sleep with headphones on and make for a not great evening. I showed the front desk and yes they did move my room but I felt ( rightly or wrongly ) they missed an opportunity to compensate me with an upgrade. The noise was an issue that you could not hide and it was not ok, Yes I chose not to confront it that evening but I was tired and did not want the associated upset. The hotel is also starting to look quite tired, ironing boards old with shrunken covers, no USB power points, these are fairly simple things that woudl not cost much to fix but in 2 years of staying there they havent. The hotel is a bit tired and they could do better

Sad but true
This used to be a great hotel, but unfortunately, likely no fault of the company, the area is reduced to a point where it is not conducive to either a good night's sleep (loud and obnoxious children/cars/people) and enabling animals to be brought to an hotel - and to the breakfast area. This is a health hazard. And then not to have sufficient staff to maintain the areas is not good business
