Good day, The front desk was friendly when we checked in for the night and when we could not get back into our the next morning after breakfast. We were locked out of our room for 2 hours due to the key card was not working. We had to wait for the maintenance man to get to the property to get us back into our room. After getting back into the room to get our belongings we went to the front desk asked for a refund due to their error in the lock and missing our appointment. the front desk stated we did not book though them and there was nothing they could do at this time. We left our phone number to have one of the managers call us about this incident. we are still waiting to here from John Franco or Cleveland Water. I'm not sure if we will ever hear from either manager. kind regards Mike

Do not stay here
Place was filthy! A cap to a needle on floor behind bed along with a lot of filth. Stucco on ceiling falling down upon us. Bathtub was disgusting. 2 towels for 2 people to use for 3 days because you don’t change them out? Lock on door was broken. We only took this room because we couldn’t find anything else. Dog feces on sidewalks and the ice machines were nasty! The guy who checked us in was nice according to my husband. I wish I could add more photos.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
This was an aweful stay and I would never book there again. The room said non-smoking but it definitely was a smoking room. The cable was the old box type that kept going out. The bed was hard and had flat pillows. There were clearly people there that were on drugs, kids hanging out in the parking lot, and trash everywhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
