Nice enough hotel and helpful staff but doors desperately need to be soft close as doors were banging shut at all hours. Not hotels fault drunk people returning in the early hours but doors could be altered

A hotel must provide drinking water !
Did not have water - no complimentary water at all and the hotel did not even have normal water bottles to buy. However they did say that I could either but sparkling water from the bar or fill up bottle from the water fountain. For room service , each tray is charged £5/ tray and I think this is not justified when you are already paying for food . The breakfast started at 8:00 on Saturday - and so I could not have breakfast before I set off for an important exam . However my husband and son had breakfast and was not happy with that either. The only good thing I found was - the bathroom was super clean and good . This was the only thing good about my stay here . And may ne sufficient parkingon space ( although I had to pay for this )
