The hotel room are run down. There was a party going on next door, loud people, music, and I could smell the pot..When I checked in there was a couple that came into the lobby complaining their sheets were stained and it was gross, the person at the front desk did not even apologize just told them he will find a different room.
When I called about the loud noise I spoke with the front desk D.. he told me to go and talk to them!!! I told him thats not my job they need to take care of it and maybe call the police. After a while the loud noise never stopped, I called again and he said he has called the police (he never went and talked to them as any reputable hotel person would have done). I asked then to get a different room as far as possible form this one. He did give me a different room. I had to get dressed / re pack and moved rooms , re park the truck and go to the lobby. By then it was close to midnight. I had to wake up at 350 am. It was a nightmare. They guy D.. never apologized. he did say its not his fault! and that he was happy the construction crew will finally leave after a whole week (meaning the hotel was aware of the people causing problems).
My room was pre paid w Hotels.com. When I got back home I found that they overcharge my CC. I had a room charge plus incidentals for $95.08. I had to call again and argue with D.. again over the phone at the front desk. Again, he admitted it was a mistake on the charge he never apologize.
