Fabulous hotel with fabulous service. This is my 2nd Kempinski Hotel to stay in and both were exceptional. Highly recommend.

I did not get the room that I booked, and i get yo the hotel at 2:30 and i they check me in at 5:15 pm the issue was the room not clean, and I asked for late check out because they check me in late they said ok then when I checked out at 2:30 pm they asked me to pay extra for late check out!! The service was very bad the valley parking was kind with us.

This is a wonderful hotel for couples and families. It is nestled in lovely Southern Spain. The property is luxurious and I would have given it straight 10s except for two things: the pools aren’t heated and the ocean isn’t really swimmable or for lounging. Other than that, the resort is wonderful and I highly recommend staying here.

As good as ever , very clean , comfortable rooms , with amazing views. Helpful friendly staff.very nice with wide varieties Breakfast buffet . But , But been charged for parking my car which wasn’t mentioned when booking . And didn’t replace room amenities
