Abbey Hotel stay
The Abbey hotel is in a beautiful location near to shops , theatre, local parks and Malvern Hills. There are lots of interesting places to visit nearby including Eastnor Castle and Croome Court. The hotel staff are very helpful and the superior room was lovely.

Beautiful hotel and well located in Malvern, interior and rooms are a little dated, and are not modern or luxurious, but this is the style of the hotel. Very unique, grand and beautiful looking. Perfect location in malvern. Staff all very friendly and helpful

Mostly good.
The hotel was very nice and the staff were friendly. We had a Superior Double room that was mostly fine apart from one or two niggles. My main problem was the pillows, they were very firm, no give whatsoever, one wasn’t enough but two was way too high. Consequently neither of us had a good nights sleep. A few minor issues in the room with the curtains hanging off the hooks so looked a bit untidy and didn’t pull together very well either. The tv remote was quite grubby and the buttons didn’t work very well, presumably either because of dust under the cover or needs new batteries. Final gripe is that in a 4 star hotel I would have expected more choices at breakfast, many places nowadays offer you different options such as omelette, eggs benedict, smoked haddock or salmon so a little surprised to only have the one hot option. Overall though we enjoyed our stay and the location was excellent for touring around the area or just wandering into the town.
