Delightful in Delhi
The staff was exceptionally helpful and the hotel driver, Anil, made me feel at home. The bar is great and so is the little cafe. I didn’t walk around on my own because I don’t think I could navigate crossing the streets...... but I really appreciated staying in such a lovely hotel.

Disappointing stay at Vivanta & arrogant staff
A few things that did not work out very well during my stay: Assigned wrong room at arrival Key to door stopped working several times Mini fridge not full from previous guest Bathrobe dirty with multiple visible stains On departure I was (almost) about to pay for services I did not receive. The hotel’s pool is currently not working. Television in my room was somewhat broken as it could not display colors properly. Apart from these things I think its worth to mention: 1)The hotel is old and dark, and you get the feeling that all things are used thoroughly. 2)The breakfast buffet takes place in a very small restaurant. People are very much cramped together. 3)For each of the above mentioned things the hotel manager was very quick to respond and sort it out. Hence, the service was good. 4) coming here on a business trip alone and considering I might look young (although I’m not) I felt a slight arrogance in the attitude towards me from the people in the reception.
