I'd stay there again.
I liked the location... about a 20 min. walk to downtown. Decent breakfast, friendly staff, felt safe, convenient location. Clean and quiet. Nice to have pool/hot tub.

Met our needs
Our beds were comfortable. I am happy to have had the refrigerator and microwave, both, in our room. I enjoy the extra amenities like the breakfast, pool and hot tub. All the hotel staff were very nice!

STAY AWAY! BUGS!
We booked a stay here on our way to California since it was late and we had the worst hotel experience to date. We got there around 12am. There was a couple of things that happened. 1 - We we're given a room key to a room that someone was already in! We opened the door and the door wedge hit, made a loud clunk and someone yelled "HEY!!!" 2 - The second room we got was not cleaned, the soap was used and there were bugs all over the room! Even under the sheets, picture for your reference. Not sure what bugs they were. After all of this fiasco we were promised that we weren't going to be charged through hotels.com I waited a week and still saw the charge and had to call the hotel and hotels.com to get my refund. By far was the worst hotel my family has ever been to, what a disappointment considering we've always had luck at Best Western in the past. Never staying at another Best Western ever again!
