Disgusting stay
First room had pets hairs and urine stains and a strong smell of urine in the corridor and room. Upon entering there were dead bugs close to the door. The service of the receptionist I’ve dealt with were so cold and unfriendly. When I requested a room change I was told they don’t have any available rooms and they were not sure about housekeeping either to clean our room. I requested to speak to the manager then only did a room “suddenly become available” the next room we found a used earplug in. The experience was disgusting. I will NEVER stay here again. Please remove from your website.

Worst Stay Ever
Ignored by front desk clerk while she finished lengthy phone call. Sent to other end of hotel to building 3. Keycard let us in building but not room. Drove back. Clerk redid key, said call if problem. Asked for number and she snapped "I don't know, google it" and "don't you have a phone?" before writing it down for us. Went back to room only to find it was already occupied. No answer at number she gave us. Drove back and asked for manager. He found she'd sent us to the wrong room altogether. Met us in the correct room with our luggage and gave us complimentary buffet breakfast vouchers. Decided on room service. No menu in room, no answer on phone at room service or front desk. Went back to main building and bumped into manager again. He gave us menu and came to room to take order. 2 hours later no food. Wife went to bed, I went to cancel order. Food came out just as was canceling. Brought back to room to discover fish & Chips instead of the carnitas tacos I ordered. Worst experience ever had at a Hilton. Not even acknowledged as Honors member let alone treated as a valued guest until breakfast before leaving. The staff there were delightful. Booked here because we had such a good stay several yeas back. Will never stay here again despite the nice manager and breakfast staff. No excuse for such front desk rudeness.

Very nice. The heating system was a little loud if you wanted to heat your room a bit more than the ambient temperature of the rest of the building, and couldn't turn off the fridge, but overall, very nice. The smart TV is great with lots of streaming options (including regular YouTube), and the live TV stations are arranged in alphabetical order, so easy to find a particular channel. Very nice grounds, and decent gym as well.
