Everything was very good about this hotel with 2 exceptions. There was a strong sewer smell in the bathroom. It was also faintly there in the hallways. The free ferry did not appear when we wanted to return. The food, room and service were great. We got an upgrade and a later check out

Our room was clean, comfortable and the staff was wonderful! The lead concierge was fantastic! She was incredibly helpful, kind and attentive. We loved the location and had a view of the pool and the river. The pool was perfection. The restaurant and breakfast buffet were delicious and so much variety. The convenience of the hotel ferry to the hop on hop off boat at the pier was also beneficial and we used it often. Nighttime on the river was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again!

This hotel stood out in any question You would ask. Check inn was superp, the young man gave us all needed informations and we did feal welcomed. Room was good standard and very clean, food in restaurant was realy good. The staff in the hotel was very professionel (not to much, not to little) . It was our first stay here, but for sure not the last.
