The small things

The hotel was clean however, I had no hand soap nor bar soap in the bathroom. The door to my room was so badly warped that I struggled getting it opened and closed. The coffee maker in the room still had an old coffee pod in it. Overall the place looked very clean and nice but needs some technical cleaning issues and maintenance.
