Outstanding Hotel
I had an excellent experience staying at the Holiday Inn in Brighton. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, making me feel at ease throughout my stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean, with everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast which was simply outstanding. The wide range of delicious options meant that there was something for everyone. Overall, I would highly recommend the Holiday Inn to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Brighton, as it ticked all the boxes for me!

Not the best unfortunately
We stayed in room 228. We had a lovely balcony with sea view. It was very windy and one of the windows would not lock, we called for it to be rectified, the lady that came in said that it was ok, the window closes but it doesn’t lock. There was nothing they could do, it felt unsafe and the wind was getting through. We had issues with the tv too, it didn’t work from the first day we arrived, the staff tried their best to resolve the issue, but till the last day it wasn’t working properly, it was very inconvenient as we had children with us and people popping in and out of the room which made our stay not very relaxed. We were there for 3 days. Breakfast was good, pancakes were on the menu but even though we paid for a full breakfast, pancakes were never available, a bit disappointing for the children.
