Very Good8.0
Great hotel, very near Blackrock Clinic, which is what I needed. Declan was outstanding and couldn’t do enough for us. The only downside was how hot room was and we couldn’t control heat. Otherwise, would definitely stay again as there was a great atmosphere.

We will happily return upon our next visit home
As has been previously stated, this is a slightly shabby hotel, but the staff was excellent and the accommodations fit our needs perfectly...and at the right price! Quite frankly, we only ever need a good bed and good bathroom/shower and that is what we got. In addition, walking distance to one of Dublin's oldest pubs where we had an excellent dinner (The Old Punchbowl). We will happily return to this hotel upon our next visit home.

Pretty good
First room window didn't open agreed to move us next day when other room opened up. Nice size room, carpet had spots on it but ocean view was nice, breakfast was good. Provided lock up for luggage on day we checked out. Overall nice stay not as close to Dart as we hoped but still ok.
