Comfy, cozy, convenient
Reasonably priced room in lovely Riverwalk area was clean, cozy and comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly and accomodating. Convenient location to Roman Baths, Bath Abbey, Royal Crescent and awesome Fashion Museum, in addition to Waitrose grocery store right down the block. Easy 15-minute walk to train station. Great pubs and restaurants nearby, including the Scallop Shell, best fish and chips! Buffet breakfast was delicious and filling. Would recommend to other travelers and would gladly return.

Need renovation
hotel can help to do that but I was shocked to see a roof is broken a bit and did smelled the dust. I really don't like that. also TV monitor is not turn on and finally I changed the room from king bed to single bed, and I had a muscle cramp in my neck while asleep... and the public toilet lock is horrible and is was not easy to open.... again the hotel person really eager to support but the whole hotel seems to do some renovation for sure. I did not experience such an many unexpected things.

Views and location.
Best possible location in Bath. Beautiful view from window. For a family room it was a bit small and lacked a fridge. They did make up an extra camp-bed and provide plenty of tea making supplies!
