HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, Ants everywhere , the ac was dripping from the roof all the time even when it was off, I asked for an extra blanket as it never got delivered, food was nasty, it was buffet don’t get all inclusive please, elevator not functioning 60% of the time
Terribly long check in process, the front desk never can grasp the fact that the room was reserved and paid for on Hotels.com. A 15 minute max check on had taken over an hour on 3 separate employee stays this month.
I did not like the fact that i did not get the rooms i rented they did not respect my reservation
Quick check in, great customer service, great price
Staff was friendly however, late night music and overfilled pool was not peaceful or relaxing. The bed had a strong offensive odor to it! Sadly we had to change hotels!
the hotel is ok, on the understanding that it is a little old. When checking inn I had a couple of discrepancies, but without delay everything was resolved by paying a little more than agreed. in general everything ok.
Check in was amazing -- we arrived early and were allowed to check in and received a free upgrade for a beautiful room with a view! Everyone was helpful and friendly. Such a great place to stay!
Had a great time. Nice very clean room. Staff was amazing.. went outta way to make us comfortable. Only suggestions are free coffee and free bottle water in the room. Adult pool needs to be better supervised to keep kids out.
No recycling! There’s not a golf course at the hotel as pictured. There were black stripes (mold?) on the ceiling. There was not enough seating at the pool. We couldn’t communicate to housekeeping that we did not need fresh sheets and towels every day.
The beach was perfect, the hotel is something I’d never go to again.
