Nice, clean hotel. However, the room I booked and paid for was filled prior to my arrival. My family of 4 was given a room with 1 king bed and a sofa instead. When I asked for sheets, blanket and pillow for the sofa, was told the linen closet was locked. 2 adults, 1 teenage girl, and 1 young boy all in a king bed for the night was a very uncomfortable stay!

Stay was terrible. Elevators were out of service had to walk from 4 floor with items. Not blankets or sheets on let out sofa in either room. Called front desk was told I’m sorry I don’t have nothing for you. Unprofessional to even state that to a customer. No towels. This is all on the first day there.
