Love it💛
I love this hotel. I love their breakfast, it was very fancy. All was arrange in a neat and clean fashion. The rooms were great. I book a family room for 4, it was a little smal but it had a 1.5 bathroom. The staffs were great except for 1( I guess she’s having a bad day) All of the staff were helpful navigating us to what train stops we should take. The hotel was also in front of the Bercy station(train). The staff also help us with taking the taxi instead of the uber in a busy day which was cheaper.( they probably have their own contact)There is also a Hippopotamus restaurant right in front of the hotel, which is something for you to try. Overall, our stay in Paris made it enjoyable and pleasant because of our stay in this hotel.

Over priced hotel with bad location for vacation
This hotel is definitely over priced and over rated. We stayed 4 nights in June. I have been to Paris several times. This hotel looks nice in pictures but the quality of the room is pretty bad. Cheap materials. The door of the shower couldn’t close properly. The bathroom floor was always wet. Our room was on the second floor facing the park/ convention center. The window was so thin that you can hear people’s chatting outside the hotel when they walked by. There was an event at the park on Saturday. We could hear loud music and people’s laughs and yelling after midnight. The worst part is the location, it is far from central Paris. There were several construction zones between hotel and metro station. It was hard to have kids walking on the uneven, dangerous zone. We only took metro on our first day. The rest of time we took Uber. It was EUR 60 one way from Sanit German areas to the hotel! Crazy expensive! Oh, the service was bad as well. We asked extra shampoo and towels since four of us taking shower twice a day. The hotel told me that they can only give me towels but not shampoo!! The cheapest hotel I have ever stayed!!! The front desk was below average. They couldn’t provide any information when I asked logistics questions, like how to get around, any recommendations or tips for tourists locations.Overall, I definitely won’t recommend this hotel for any leisure traveler.
