Fabulous stay. Staff was very accommodating. Took special care to help everyone in our group of 36 people. Would definitely stay there again.

not a good hotel
THis was a big scam. It is not by anything and far from town. In addition they do not have 24-7 room service. IN fact the phone in the room didn't even work. No one seems to care here. We went down stairs mutiple times. The wifi in the room does not work. you have to go to main areas and a lot of extra ad ons not mentioned. The best however is that the water smells so bad of sulfer. You can barely take a shower. Completey waste of money

Wow this hotel is one giant typo. The gym and spa they said? Under constructions. The 24 hour room service? Actually stops at 10 pm. Hotel shuttle to the airport? Actually means they'll call another company to get you to the bus station- oh but be careful because they also don't tell you which company so you can be taken to the wrong bus stop.

First the positive - the hotel staff was excellent for the most part and tried to accommodate our needs, of which we had quite a few. This is one of 3 Radisson Blu hotels - I think we mistakenly chose this one based on reviews that may have been mixed up. The hotel is very run down - the rooms, the lobby (the bar was great though) and the rest. They say on their site they have a spa - but there is none. The gym is a hole in the wall. It's not just that it is old, it has simply not been fixed or kept up at all for decades. They say they are under construction - but we saw no construction. The rooms are small - European style - but also felt dirty and fallin apart. Some of the walls were split and cracked. The bathrooms were better than the rooms. Elevators were broken often. If I were a guest, I would choose the Radisson downtown. We heard from other visitors that the hotel was in good shape.
