property has been a "family only" property for years and we are
looking to share our property with you. There are 3 bedrooms and 2
baths to go along with the BEAUTIFUL view from this corner-style unit.
The way this complex is designed, the units are staggered to all feel
like corner units and the south/southeast view is phenomenal! Please
come and be our guests and see why we've loved this condo for so many
years! We've put this in the hands of our friends at Poole and
Associates to help you with you reservation and your entire stay. We
look forward to hearing about how you enjoyed your stay.
10/10/22 Indoor pool/hot tub will be closed 10/31/22, reopening
11/23/22. The Phoenix 6 has extended use of their indoor pool area
during this time of renovation. Access using the southside boardwalk
connecting the two properties.
Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season
(January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum.
Reservations made that do not meet this criteria are subject to
cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be
made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights,
depending on unit specifications.

The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of
toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of
paper towels
