Unfortunately this wasn’t the best stay. The hotel is decent enough, it’s in a good location. The rooms weren’t grubby, however, they didn’t scream clean either - the towels were a bit musty and rough, the grout wasn’t clean, and the carpet a little stained. Breakfast was excellent, the food is good and a large selection. Some staff were friendly, however, there was one lady at reception who was incredibly terse with multiple customers - looking them up and down and eye rolling. I was then charged twice for my stay and my VIP benefits from Expedia were not applied. Next time I will probably stay elsewhere.

Den här gången skulle man betala extra för frukosten, det ingick inte i hotellpriset vilket det alltid gjort innan. Strykjärnet var sönder. Förra gången var duschen trasig. Gymmet behöver man betala extra för. Sängarna och sängkläderna är fantastiskt bra.
