The condition and location of this hotel is great. However the customer service and experience could use some improvement. We resented a studio with 2 queen beds and upon arrival we were told the hotel is sold out and we would have to take a studio with a single king bed and a pull out. Normally this would not be an issue however my daughter has a back injury and we needed the second bed for her. We were never notified so we were unable to make a change in hotels before hand. This stay could’ve been great instead we were uncomfortable and didn’t get any rest.
