My son and I enjoyed our stay. It was a longer walk to everything then what I thought but the weather was beautiful so we enjoyed it. Our room was clean and staff was very nice. Great stay for the location and the $$

Location
Checked in with manager. Great guest service as expected in his role. Hotel was located nearby Fri Sat a.m. Farmers Market and waterfront area being developed. Only complaints were that the bathroom still had hairs from a previous visit not thoroughly cleaned and the a/c not working. Otherwise, fast friendly and great room space.

OK for taking in a Nats game.
Good spot for seeing the Nationals play and cheaper, right now, than all the newer hotels that have gone up in the recent neighborhood boom. It's dated and not fancy at all. Our A/C was mediocre and the bed was really uncomfortable. The staff is generally really nice but overall, it's overpriced. When we first started staying here for Nats games, they were just under $100 a night, now, the best I can get is $150.

A nice hotel. Looks very basic from outside, but the room was spacious, the breakfast excellent, and the staff very nice. Very nice brew pubs, etc. in easy walking distance.
