The staff were great, the pool was great the location is great but our room was absolutely filthy. The blanket had so much hair on it we bought one from Walmart and used it ( the sheets were clean but stained and dusty). The towels were clean but stained with dirt ink etc. There were multiple load noises at night like doors being busted down but none were new or fixed in morning so I don't know where the noise was coming from. The floor felt and looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in months maybe the room was overlooked ( hope). We saw maids cleaning other rooms and airing them out in the 5 nights we stayed all the rooms looked clean from walking by. So hopefully it was just missed before we checked in we didn't say anything but were the kind of people who won't say anything but won't stay there again. Every room should be double checked by mngnmt I think. Also they were doing maintenance to outside but need to update the rooms they are old and outdated
