Far from the city center of Luzern, but the hotel provide bus or train ticket. Otherwise, the room are big, clean and comfortable.

Everything was great here- rooms were basic and clean and spacious, bathroom was clean, and it was close to old town Luzern. The parking was a bit scarce but we did manage to get a spot for our stay. We would stay here again.

Too expensive for what it is. Waited 15 minutes at reception for check in. Very poor english and inexistant italian or french in a country where italian and french are official languages.

Cute little hotel
Cute hotel in a bit of an industrial area of Luzerne. Our rooms were tiny but comfortable. Good buffet breakfast. All the employees we spoke with were helpful and professional.
