No complaints. Front desk staff was super nice and helpfull all three days, apt\room was nice, just as advertised, and easy walking access to lots of downtown shopping and restaurants. If I find myself heading to KC again, I'd happily book this place again.

Check in was a fiasco. No key in lockbox. No one answered phones for help. Only the help of the building security guard got me into my room after 45 minutes. Need to work on this. The apartment is nice. Good location right on free street car.

Beware!
The check-in process was confusing. This is NOT a hotel. It's fundamentally someone's apartment with a nice view. The 2nd bathroom shower was wet upon arrival with open bar soap and hair in the shower. The guest shower door leaks leaving a big puddle of water on the floor. The couch was too worn and flimsy to be comfortable for sitting to have a conversation. Be aware that if you're parking in the building garage, the maximum clearance is 6 feet. This is fine for a typical car but certainly not for an SUV with a rack on the roof. That said, we spent 1 hour driving to try and find an overnight garage. Fortunately, a very nice garage attendant a few blocks away pointed us to the KC Public Library that was tall enough and allowed overnight parking for $ 10. The hallway for the 19th floor smelled horrible (weed & cheap air fresheners?).
