Watch out for moldy rooms
3-night stay for a family in early August. Room we got 412 was moldy on the wall next to the bathroom (2x2 ft area). One could feel the mold smell when entering the room. Balcony was dirty. Not enough toiletries for 4. "Superior" room was far from what the photo showed, it was quite a tiny claustrophobic room. The single beds were not real beds but some sort of a pull-out structure. Breakfast turned out had an add-on of ham, cheese, eggs; except those were not in the buffet setup but one had to request from the assistant there. We saw someone do that, otherwise we would not have known, it was not advertised anywhere. They kept our luggage for an hour after checkout which we appreciated, and the neighborhood felt safe and relatively central to tourist sites.

Ok stay for price
My sister and I stayed here for 5 nights. For a middle of the road hotel it was ok. I would warn people with limited mobility that to use the elevator you would still need to climb some stairs, as it starts on the landing betwee the 1st and 2nd floors and stops on each staircase landing between floors. Pros: The Front-desk staff was friendly /helpful. Locations is walking distance to the Roma-Termini trainstation, a metro stop, and next to lots of shops and restaurants. Cons: The pictures online are a bit misleading, making them look good sized, in reality there's just enough room to walk in and sit on your bed. Our room was a bit dirty with something sticky on the floor when we got there. The person running the breakfast was rude and yelled at my sister, in front of other guests, because she tried to take one of the packets containing 2 cookies with her from breakfast. I'd understand if she was filling her pockets, and would have no problem if she had approached my sister and quietly informed not to take breakfast items from the cafeteria. Yelling at a guest is absolutely not acceptable. The pastries tasted a bit old and there was no fresh fruit (just canned peaches)so we ended up skipping it and finding food elsewhere after that first day. Hopefully it was a onetime bad experience, but since there are many other options in the area I'm not sure I'd stay there again.

Very good
The only complaint I have is that the shower was too small!
