    생각보다 많은 불편함이 있었던 숙박

    가장 큰 불편은 프론트데스크의 인원이 너무 적어 체크인/체크아웃 시간이 굉장히 많이 딜레이 되었다는 것입니다. 그 외에도 객실 업그레이드를 안내할 때 모호하게 해주셔서 공짜로 업그레이드인 줄 알았는데 나중에 가격을 보니 공짜가 아님을 알았고 (원래 예약한 가격과 얼만큼 차이가 나는지 비교해주었다면 업스레이드 안했을 것) 업그레이드 된 객실 상태도 침구류에 뭐가 묻어 있는 등 그다지 청결하지는 않았습니다.
