I can’t rave about this property enough!
I absolutely loved this property. I was initially impressed with the quality of the property itself, but from the moment I checked in, the staff had me hooked. The hotel staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful. They attended to every need and request I put to them during my stay. They recommended and arranged for memorable experiences outside of the hotel grounds for the weekend after I checked out. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the accommodations. My room was excellently appointed with all of the right touches for business and pleasure from the bedding to the refreshments to the desk area and even the bathroom. The first morning, I woke up to take a tea on the balcony and relax before starting my day and I was pleasantly surprised to see vervet monkeys feeding and playing in the common grounds below. Meals on the beautiful buffet for breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were my only issue because I am eating a plant-based diet. Tthe offerings, though they included vegetarian items, were a standard fare of animal and animal-based products. I did love how the kitchen was willing to accommodate preparing select dinner items separately for me. Not only would I recommend reserving this hotel, I have already booked 2 more visits.

I would have given this location all 5 rating but on the first morning of my stay there was construction going on just outside of my door. It was loud. The workers getting dressed, preparing for work, were loud. The construction vehicles were loud. The noise start at 0700 am. Requested room relocation. Hotel was very accommodation, including upgrading my accommodations.

Our stay was amazing. My husband and I just wanted a little quiet time away from home. The room was good. The surroundings were quiet and we had a lovely walk around and popped into Irene farm as well. We had a lovely dinner and everyone was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who would like a quiet time away in the city

A wonderful stay. This after lockdown and things started opening up. Had the perfect room where the kids could play infront of our unit. Complimentary massages, kids movie night and welcome drinks.

Loved it.
I decided to stay here as its close to all attractions around Pretoria and there is so much to do in and around Irene. I was not dissapointed. The lakeview from the room was really amazing and the kids loved the fact that hey could see all the ducks geese and birds from the room. The kiddies pool didnt look well maintained and the adult pool at the spa was Adults only so didnt end up using the pool. The Dairy Farm which is accessible form the hotel was also a bonus for the kids. Overall my experience was pleasant and the service was good.
