Good But Could Have Been Better.
Overall experience was good. Very disappointed in the breakfast. They ran out of eggs and sausage by 7:30 am and made no effort to correct this. No one working in the dining area to ask for help. Spoke to the front desk and informed them of the situation but nothing was done to correct it. Limited food choices so we went elsewhere for breakfast.

Upon completing a 9.5 hour drive you can bet i was more than excited to finally check in and get situated. I walk in to nobody behind the check in counter. Its only 6pm by the way. I didnt get any service until I eventually peeked my head around a wall and ask a gentleman sitting in a chair if anyone is working. He says yes and eventually a lady comes up. I had a few basic questions about payment methods that she didnt have answers for so i just swipe my card. There’s construction everywhere outside and around the hotel as well as inside the hotel. Some sort of weird covering on the carpets. Elevator in main building broken. Bed was comfortable which i guess at the bare minimum is all that matters, right? Disappointing stay to conclude. I wont be back

What a dump! The picture is not accurate. Run down. Busted glass on the door, like someone punched it. Bad carpet, toilet not flushing, old, tired, dated. Breakfast buffet (forget it). Should have stayed at the multiple other hotels next door!! Reminded me of a old college dorm

The room was not clean. The shower had a gross, plastic, bacteria infested shower curtain. The room was loud. Tons of banging and a dog barking through the entire night.

We asked for towels they were never brought up the body wash was gone and they didnt have any to give and we were told where to buy it and at check in i was not informed where to get the breakfast or best place way to get to my room i get they were busy but not the best service at all

Unfortunately a water pipe burst on our second night, Christmas Eve, and we spent a night with no water. We left and went somewhere else for our third night. Manager was helpful though. We felt bad for him
