Hotel Hungaria City Center, Budapest

Hotel is not fancy, if you're expecting a 4 stars hotel it's nothing like it, but the bed was clean so as the toilet. Service is good and they're friendly. I was on the highest floor (8th), though the sirens sounds was very loud, woke me up at least 10 times, unless you're dead sleep, it won't bother you. Staff were very helpful. I asked once for ice at midnigt, they called the staff from the catering who got me a jug full of ice I asked the security staff outside about the bus stop, even though he didn't understand English well, he asked a taxi driver, then walked me there himself (2 mins away). I highly appreciate the service level.

Good central location, next to major transportation hub with easy access to all activities. Everything was fine. Well run place.

A very short st easy walk from the train station. Very friendly and welcoming staff. They helped us with getting a shuttle to the airport. Great location and the Big Bus tour picks up right at the hotel..it’s stop #3. There’s an Aldis grocery store across the street and down a few yards. We would definitely stay here again.

The layout was kinda confusing for floor 4/5. There was mold growing on the corner of the ceiling in the bathroom. There are convenience stores, restaurants, and an Aldi within walking distance. We didn't even get to spend 24 hours in the city and only stayed for 1 night and it served its purpose. The shuttle to and from the hotel was nice and convenient. The shuttle was booked through the airport, though, and not the hotel.
