Uncomfortable!!!!!
The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in! Both beds in our room sagged so badly in the middle that it was hard to climb out of! Also, the hotel advertises that it is pet friendly, when in reality it is just DOG friendly. There are no cats allowed.....not even cats that have been declawed and fixed.......

Horrible!
Well, if you need sleep to be at a 3 day conference and be bight eyed, forget staying here! There were people drinking and loud in the parking lot out of the back of their pickup. Then, a party or something with screaming & fighting people slamming both doors to the 1st floor room. Their room was 8 doors down from the front desk! This lasted 5.5 hours!!!!!! I was exhausted to try to concentrate at a conference. First & last time to ever stay at this hotel! The room had paint peeling, stained bed covers, wrinkled sheets, & smelled. Suppose to be non-smoking, I took photos. Wish I could post them here. Horrible! I should have gotten a refund or 1/2 off my bill! NO WAY is this place worth $74.00/night, not $36.00/night! The front desk gave me $20.00!! off the bill, are you kidding me! It is up to the hotel to make sure their guests have a clean, quiet place to sleep! The manager that gave me the $20.00 credit did not think so! Guess they hired the right person for that place as the day manager, horrible!!

I don't have high expectations, I was seeking a simple room to sleep in after and before consecutive 15 hour drives. I wanted something cheap and warm, since the purpose was just sleeping for 7 hours before moving along. I chose this hotel because all the photos showed a mini-fridge/microwave combo in the rooms. I was disappointed to immediately find there was no fridge/microwave combo in my room. Being exhausted, I did not explore the continental breakfast area to see if there was a microwave there. Whatever, I got duped by a classic case of misrepresentational advertising. When I woke up in the morning, I realized the room wasn't as warm as I would have expected after the heater had been set to high heat all night long. I felt the air coming out of the heater, and it was COLD. I told the front desk staff and explained the inconvenience, who simply thanked me for letting them know. Had I known, I would have stayed at the Motel 6/Super 8 for half the price. I normally sleep in my car at a rest stop, but thought since the overnight low was 10 degrees, a hotel might be a lot more comfortable. It wasn't worth what I paid for what I wanted. Breakfast was standard fare hotel continental - nothing to write home about and nothing very filling or nutritious, but a warm cup of coffee and a cup of juice are nice to have waiting in the morning.

Our car was broken into in the parking lot and stuff was stolen. The lodge was ok, definitely cheap.
