Ok for the price, but nothing special
We had to find out where/how to turn up the heat, as the room was chilly when we walked in at 11 pm after driving thru a snowstorm to get there. Breakfast was pretty minimal - no yogurt, which I usually enjoy with a waffle.

Business stay
Outside plug ins for vehicles did not work! After trying several I phoned to the night clerk, who was new and the problem was pushed to the following day. I mentioned that it probably was just a circuit breaker that needed to be turned on, but nothing was done.

Won’t book there again
TV remote didn’t work in our first room and they moved us to another room. Well, the remote worked there but TV had only one channel and AC was broken, luckily it wasn’t too hot outside. We informed the reception but they didn’t offer us another room or made a discount. Breakfast is not good (but this is extra anyways).

Do not stay there, spend more to another place
Air conditioning was too cold when we arrived almost 60 in the room, was 60 outside . There were no more 1st floor rooms available. There was no elevator. The heater barely worked. The desk manager would have given us a discount, but could not make any adjustment since we booked thru We did get a disability room but not in good condition. We could not sleep.

Poor 2.0
Our room had dog hair all over the floor beds, ect. One of us has allergies to dog hair. Not a very pleasant night. Talked to clerk up front told her about our room, she said it was the pet room, we never asked for a pet room. So not sure why we got this room. It was late when we checked in.The breakfast was really bad. Never stay there again maybe never stay at Econo again
