Not a Spa hotel
Great hotel overall, perfect location, great big room, clean. Pancakes at Breakfast was best I’ve had! But don’t stay here if you want great fitness/spa facilities; gym was small, there was no sauna, steam room was gross. NO SPA! Have to schedule treatments at nieghboring hotel. Pool is small and also crowded with kids.

Weekend stay in Vancouver, BC
Excellent, central, waterfront location. Impressive lobby. Very nice restaurant (My breakfast was very enjoyable one morning of our stay). They have full menu or a breakfast buffet at breakfast. Shopping, restaurants, water front, and old town, Gastown, is just a few blocks away. Metro station is across the street from hotel. This part of town is vibrant with lots of foot traffic. All transit options including Metro, bus, taxi, and seabus to North Vancouver are nearby.

We can’t wait to go back
It was amazing! Service in the restaurant (Darrin) and the Doormen (Ryan and Alfredo) was above and beyond any expectations we had - even for a Fairmont. The location is central to everything and the views spectacular.

Nice spot
Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. A few glitches and surprises (like paying for WIFI) and pretty restrictive dog in room policy (which I wish I had been aware of as I would have picked another hotel for flexibility), but this is a nice place to stay. Pool area was a bit messy/ needed clean up by mid-day on a bit so nice Saturday so that is one area that might need more attention. Recommend more for business than family travel

Very nice hotel on waterfront
This was an unplanned stay in Vancouver when our plans to go further changed because of ferry issues. Staff is helpful and pleasant/ accommodating. Lots of computer problems for some reason. A few things fell through the cracks but were addressed quickly. Food prices high and quality mixed. Dinner last night seemed to make my son sick all night, but I have yet to raise the issue. Good spot on waterfront. Hotel is dog friendly which is nice but no good nearby places for the obvious dog business. Suspect the final bill may show surprise costs but overall a good experience
